I am so excited to put together this group. It will be short and sweet. We will be learning the basic to:
- clean eating
- tips & tricks that have helped me succeed
- meal planning
The reason why I wanted to put this together is because I know money is a factor when it comes to weight loss and making a life style switch but also I LOVE to talk to people about clean eating. My passion is to help others better themselves.
This session will be starting January 27th.
